1. The manufacturer produces a thin cutting blade for overall cutting of grinding wheels, with a thin thickness (mostly below 0.5mm), a small outer diameter (20-100mm), fine particle size, high dimensional and positional accuracy, and light weight. It is generally used at high speeds. The general speed is 5000-40000 rpm. 2. Thin cutting blade manufacturers often use cutting blade base grinding wheels with large thickness (0.5-2mm), large diameter (100-200mm), coarse grains, and low accuracy. They are generally used under low speed and large cutting depth conditions. The general speed is 3000-10000 rpm. The thin cutting grinding wheels produced by manufacturers of thin cutting pieces mostly use fine particles. Generally, the thinner the thickness, the smaller the abrasive particles, and the better the surface quality of the processed material. But the finer the abrasive particle size, the lower the cutting sharpness, so the feed rate should be reduced to adapt to the machinability of the abrasive particle size. 4. The cutting depth of thin cutting pieces produced by manufacturers is generally determined by the user based on the parts to be cut. Slow feed grinding technology is mostly used for cutting, and the depth is cut in one go. Due to the thin cutting wheel, poor cutting conditions (mostly three sided contact workpieces), and difficulty in heat dissipation, it is necessary to increase the cooling (flow rate and pressure) in the cutting area.
